Job Description

Job Summary

Design expert of electrical scroll compressor(Heat pump) for thermal management system in vehicle.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design expert of compression mechanics: Design leader, responsible for design review of components, deliver right design solution according to platform project schedule. Responsible for the focus matrix analysis based on requirements, to identify the function and reliability concerns, define the verification and validations, afterwards with improvement measures in case of failures. Design for manufacture, support industrialization together with manufacturing and purchasing departments, deliver right design solution for series production. Lead problem solving from function test and reliability validations, analysis the root cause and define right design improvement measures. Support system requirement analysis of eCompressor in thermal system. Support testing team, set up right testing specifications. Support investigation team, define analysis points of different components.

Qualifications

Experience in e-Compressor engineering > 5 years, in one of the international or local market leaders. Engineering or technical Bachelor/ Master Degree from a good university Good English Language Skills CET4 and higher (fluent discussion of technical topics possible) Results orientated mindset, Self-motivated, delivery results according to plan and target. Broad technical Background, quick understanding technical relations and consequences Good team-working capabilities Design competences: Familiar with Pro/E, good at tolerance calculations.Professional knowledge of diffferent materials in e-CompressorExperience of requirement engineering, development product based on understood of e-compressor working principles and scroll design knowhow of design compressor mechanics, including components of reed, fixed scroll, orbiting scroll, anti-rotation rings, sealing rings,3 bearings, shaft and eccentrical plate.Knowledge of lubrication layout, understand different lubrication layout concepts, understand how to design the lubrication related components, in order to fulfill the function and reliability requirements.Understand the COP influence parameters, know how to calculate the mechanic loss and compression loss, experience of design improvement for better COP.Knowledge of wearing mechanism, understand how to reduce the scrolls wear experience of reliability validation experiences, understand the testing purpose, testing results, design improvement based on specifical failures.Familiar with 8D method. experience of 8D for solving problems.
