收藏 S1 点击了解更多BG信息 法律与公共策略 五年以上工作经验 更新于年04月29日 岗位职责 1.Advise on a wide range of legal and commercial matters in the areas of technology transactions, cloud computing, technology licensing, and open source software compliance.2.Draft, review, and negotiate complex software license agreements, professional services agreements, and other general commercial agreements.3.Collaborate with external counsel and other Tencent attorneys based around the world, including in mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, EU, and the US, to provide transaction support, compliance and regulatory analysis and advice for international business initiatives.4.Identify potential legal issues and pitfalls and devise creative solutions for business teams to efficiently mitigate compliance risks.5.Develop and continuously identify areas of improvement in our internal policies, case and knowledge management, trainings, and processes to ensure operational efficiency and implement practices for alignment with international regulatory standards.6.Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on compliance and regulatory topics for business stakeholders. 岗位要求 1.You have six or more years of experience working in a top tier law firm and/or inhouse legal department of a multinational company, in the areas of technology transactions, intellectual property, software development, services procurement, games, cloud computing, regulatory compliance, and other similar or related areas.2.You are a member of a relevant bar in the United States, Canada or another jurisdiction; Juris Doctor (or equivalent) degree strongly preferred.3.Undergraduate degree in computer science or similar science or engineering subjects is additionally preferred.4.You have sound business judgement and the ability to deliver practical, commercially friendly and comprehensive advice.5.You are passionate about IP, open source and technology licensing, and possess broad experience in open source software projects and compliance processes.6.You are detail oriented, and have extensive experience with IP transactions, including cloud computing services, technology service and licensing issues.7.You have excellent communication skills and have extensive experience establishing strong working relationships with business stakeholders, both internally and externally.8.You have the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment and can work independently to manage day-to-day compliance work and handle the end-to-end transaction process from initial contract review through to negotiations and execution.9.You have a good command of Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and oral).10.You are excited about the latest developments in cloud computing services and cutting-edge technology matters.
