Who you are:

Run production planning according to company business plan to monitor mid-term capacity and figure out capacity needs to meet S&OP demand.

根据业务需要, 运行生产计划相关工作。监控中期的产能，根据S&OP给出的市场需求预测计算出所需的产能。

Make short term daily and weekly production plan,follow up deviation and timely adjust plan.

制定每日和每周的短期生产计划，如有偏差，及时反馈和调整。

Cooperate with Make TM, TL,OH, and MP to make delivery on time in ERP systerm, as well as in real production.

与生产团队的主管，班长,订单处理，材料计划一起合作，实现ERP系统和实际生产准时交货。

Visualize production plan long-term and short term, follow up PIs to meet KPI targert.

长期和短期的产能可视化管理，跟踪PI以实现KPI目标。

Continuously improve production planning.

持续改善生产计划。

About the job:

Execute production planning work with SOP as a base/ 根据SOP进行生产计划工作 Be active in problem resolution/ 积极解决问题 Always consider waste elimination/ 经常考虑如何消除浪费 Engaged in applying the priorities (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) during daily work and immediately call for line manager in case of problems/risks./ 按照（安全、质量、交期、成本）的优先级处理日常工作并在出现问题/风险时立即告知经理 Prepare indicator data before SB performance meeting/ SB业绩会议前准备相关指标数据 Review and update capacity status in SB meeting./ SB会议上更新产能的实时情况 Make daily production plan for make team./制定生产日计划 Follow MRP proposals, handle MRP action messages to sychronize SO-PRO-PO, to reduce waste. / 根据MRP行动建议，采取行动，以同步SO-Production order-PO，消除浪费 Support order handling team with capacity & material availibility check./ 支持订单处理员产能和材料查询。 Support order handling with big project scheduling./ 支持订单处理完成大项目生产计划 Production order maintenance (Start date, end date, queue time)/ 生产订单维护（启动时间、结束时间、等待时间等） Timely tracking of production order DOT, ensuring DOT of SO and transfer order / 跟踪生产订单准时交付率，以支持SO及transfer订单准时交付率

What you know:

1. Bachelor degree with technical education or equivalent experience

理科本科学历或同等经历

2. At least 2 years of experience from relevant area in a foreign invested production/manufacturing company

至少2年外资生产/制造业公司相关领域的工作经验

3. Fluent English both in written and spoken

良好的英语口语和书面表达能力

4. Fair knowledge on supply chain planning and statistics

具备供应链计划和统计的知识
