To this end, we are seekingan experienced Senior Concept Artist who can join our team and help pave the waytowards our new goals.


About the position The Virtuos Chengdu Concept Team is looking for an exceptionally talented individual to join our team as Concept Artist. As a concept artist, you will be working closely with the Art Directors, Lead artists and clients, setting the visual bar for a variety of project styles, ranging from cutting edge next-gen console games to mobile games. Our team is one of creative individuals responsible for creating new and exciting visual solutions for a vast amount of clients worldwide, providing us with new exciting challenges and opportunities for innovation in design and execution. 成都维塔士原画团队正在寻找一位杰出的人才作为原画师加入我们的团队。作为一位原画师，您将与艺术总监、美术组长还有客户紧密合作，为各种项目设置视觉标准，项目风格从尖端的次世代主机游戏到手机游戏都有涉及。 我们的团队是富有创造力的团队之一，负责为大量的全球客户创造新颖而激动人心的视觉解决方案，这也为我们提供了新的激动人心的挑战以及创新的设计和执行的机遇。 Responsibilities Collaborate and design with other artists. Qualifications Solid drawing skills and a solid grasp of painting fundamentals as well as a good insight into established game development practices  Ability to creatively solve design issues, effectively communicate visual ideas quickly and accurately  Good with realistic and stylized painting disciplines of painting and rendering  Working knowledge of Photoshop, Blender and other related software  Good communication skills and interpretation ability  Highly versatile with an ability to flexibly move between art styles with an understanding of best practices for reaching the visual target in a variety of project styles 扎实的绘画技巧和绘画基础知识，以及对既定游戏开发实践的良好了解  能够创造性地解决设计问题，快速，准确地传达视觉创意的能力  具有写实和风格化绘画和渲染学科的专家  具有Photoshop，Blender和其他相关软件的使用知识  良好的沟通能力和解释能力 高度灵活， 能够灵活地在各种艺术风格之间切换，并且了解最佳实践，可以在各种项目风格中达到视觉目标
