Purpose of the role
Overall responsible for the customer outcomes on all tradesrelay corridors in Asianscope – in collaboration with different trade Ocean Fulfilment, Regional Market,ONP, IAs and CCAs in order to deliver the most accountable and efficient services to customers. Core accountability is to fulfill vessel utilization by bridging commercial desire and operational capability as well as developing sustainable unit cost saving strategy.

Key responsibilities:
As a Relay fulfillment lead , your responsibilities will include the following, amongst others:
Monitor bookings and optimize vessel space by adjusting allocation between load ports, regions as well as ad hoc route adjustments. Optimize relay/feeder cargo flow plan by collaborating with commercial tram Optimize MSK coastal network through foreign/own feeder rational utilize. Handle vessel contingencies in collaboration with operations and commercial stakeholders. Seek opportunity to optimize overall vessel utilization. Participate in and coordinate new deployments with Centre Network and Marketing, lead and work on capacity planning for long-term or short-term deployment. Support execution of empty flow plan by coordinating with equipment flow manager. Identify and drive behaviour cost saving opportunities. Optimize cargo routing to deliver end-to-end service level to customers. Minimize end-to-end service delivery impact during contingency handling. Identify and suggest continuous improvement initiatives.Who we are looking for:
