Effectuer l’entretien mineur de routine sur les véhicules de la propriété (p. ex., les camions de l’ingénierie, les navettes, les chariots électriques), y compris la vérification de l’huile, les niveaux de liquides, la pression et l’usure des pneus, la charge des batteries et le remplacement des bougies d’allumage. Effectuer l’entretien préventif des outils et de l’équipement, y compris le nettoyage et la lubrification. Maintenir les stocks requis pour l’entretien et commander les pièces et les fournitures nécessaires. Maintenir des journaux quotidiens des opérations, de l’entretien et des activités de sécurité, y compris les résultats des tests, les relevés des instruments, les détails des pannes d’équipement et des travaux d’entretien. Suivre toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise; signaler les problèmes d’entretien, conditions de travail dangereuses, accidents et les blessures; réussir la formation et les certifications de sécurité; et stocker les matériaux inflammables selon les consignes de sécurité. S’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication; préparer et réviser des documents écrits de manière précise et complète; et répondre au téléphone en utilisant l’étiquette appropriée. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 50 livres (22,7 kg) sans assistance. Saisir, faire tourner et manipuler des objets de taille et de poids différents nécessitant une excellente motricité et coordination œil-main. Inspecter visuellement les outils, l’équipement et les machines (afin de déceler tout dommage). Atteindre les objets au-dessus de la tête et au-dessous des genoux, y compris se plier, faire des rotations du corps, tirer et se baisser.
