KA Supervisor – Chain Snack Store

Description

岗位职责：

1)负责区域内零食连锁客户维护、合同谈判、商品规划及销售计划制定；

2)能够合理规划商品的列进进度，把握营销节奏；

3)能够独立完成公司费用管理等流程，并确保合规；

4)管理渠道客户，保持良好的沟通合作，建立健康稳定的生意发展；

5)能够有效的协调经销商、区域执行团队，良好合作，完成既定目标；

6)完成上级下达的其它任务，定期反馈信息及数据统计，形成定期报告；定期回顾分析生意状况，处理各种紧急突发问题。

任职条件：

1)2年及以上经销商客户管理经验或KA客户管理经验

2)性格外向，具有较强的沟通能力和语言表达能力，较强的应变能力和谈判能力。

3)有良好的团队合作精神，能在压力下完成目标；

4)具有良好的紧急应变能力。
