1. 山姆、Costco & 麦德龙大客户谈判、计划、费用和管理

2. 主导KA销售计划和年度客户业务目标规划-跟踪大客户的TS和业绩,并制定相应的解决方案-主导贸易条款的谈判、建立和管理-通过与CS&L的沟通,跟踪并确保客户在零售店的客户服务水平和订单的持续履行

3.品类管理-负责制定品类管理计划,提高销售业绩-领导每个品类的业绩评估,并制定相应的解决方案-协调客户和销售团队执行品类管理活动

4.销售团队沟通与各销售团队沟通销售目标,预算和KA活动,确保清晰及时的沟通为各个KA销售团队提供KA管理方面的指导/工具
