DesignFachabteilung:RD ChinaGesellschaft:Mercedes-Benz Group China Ltd.Standort:Shanghai, CNStartdatum:sofortVeröffentlichungsdatum:..4Stellennummer:DAI0WPF Join usAufgabenObjective of Job- Coorperating with ADAS system team to analyze the design of system requirement.- Algorithm development, integration and validation with strong focus on behavior decision and situtional assessment for both ADAS highway and urban driving for series project- Analysing and build up data- driven development framework to iteratively improve behavior decision and situtional assessment for next generation project.- Cooperation with system and testing, to trace and solve the SW issues.Task DescriptionDevelop behavior planning& decision SW for both prototype and series engineering projects:- Develop behavior planning& decision SW with cooperating both internal and external partner for highway and urban AD driving system- Perform simulation and in- vehicle testing and tuning on the performanceAD prototype testing & evaluation of 3rd party AD technology basd on a PoC level:- Plan & conduct AD vehicle testing for a step-by-step function integration- Support external tech company to understand and work with in-house developed behavior planning SW module.- Evaluate external AD system together with the advanced engineering team.Project management & collaboration with other external tech companies- Actively drive & track project progress, connect & synchronize internal & external stakeholders from China and Germany.- Understand and support the development of the RD China strategy.QualifikationenQualification- Education- Master in vehicle engineering, robotics, electrical engineering or a related field. - Experience- At least 2 year work experience in robotics or ADAS/AD software development.- Development experience on function design of ADAS function(e.g, ACC, Lane Keeping, ALC, Navigation Pilot etc,).- Familiar with start-of-the-art planning (A*, EM, Lattice, etc.) and control (MPC, LQR, PID, etc,) algorithms in autonomous driving with development experience preferred.- Hands on development ROS or Appllo experience preferred.- Practical knowledge of software engineering on Linux/QNX preferred.- Specific Knowledge- Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German language beneficial.- Strong skill in MBD(MATLAB/Simulink/ dSpace toolkit), C++ programming and scripting languages (Python or others)- Experience with source code management, unit testing, code review.- Independent and proactive working style, willingness to travel inside China and abroad to conduct system testing.BenefitsMit­arbeiter EventsFlexible Arbeits­zeit möglichHybrides Arbeiten möglichGesund­heits­maß­nahmenMobilitäts­angeboteMit­arbeiter­rabatte möglich
