Missions

Responsibility:
- To perform General Admin work in Beijing Office
- To check all overhead expenses and staff travel + entertainment claims in BJ, and cooperate with Shanghai Admin booking team to deal with all payments and bookings.
- To ensure office in a good condition and in charge of all matters related to BJ premises
- To keeps good contact with all the outside suppliers
- To be in charge of reception work
- To perform other assignments requested by Shanghai ADMIN and bank

Applicant criteria

Minimal education level

3 years of higher education (L3)

Academic qualification / Speciality

- University degree or equivalent

Level of minimal experience

11 years and more

Experience

- Above 10 years in related field experience
- Willing to spend time to deal with all general admin matters. To be patient, detailed, and responsible.

Expected skills

- Friendly personality, with a team work spirit, and good communication skills
- Strong working capacity and aptitude to work under pressure
