Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:

Design according to the promotion plan, including but not limited to posters, brochure, WeChat layout design, invitations, event theme related materials, etc. Collate all necessary materials for printing. Liaise with production houses or graphic designer on all production schedules. Ensure all collaterals are updated and correct. Maintain photo library. Coordinate in-house photography for F&B promotions, VIP visits and social functions. Assist Director of Communications & Communications Manager with hotel photography shoot (for collaterals). Arrange for any new photography to be catalogued correctly. Ensure all collaterals and advertising are printed and issued in time to secure coverage. Perform other tasks, projects and assignments as designated by Hotel Management.

Job Requested:

Knowledge in print production. Basic photography. Knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash. Creative and work independently. Be able to work under pressure. Video editing skill would be a plus.

了解印刷品及制作相关知识。 具备基本摄影技巧。 熟练使用Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash等相关软件。 富有创造力，能独立完成工作。 能承受工作压力。 具备视频编辑能力者优先。
