Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who has hands on experience of a supplier quality engineering, project management and also production processes optimization experience (Onsite Gemba) to join our team.

As a project manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the specified timeline, budget, and scope. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

As a Gemba Improvement Specialist you will be responsible for facilitating continuous improvement initiatives by working directly with the value chain & operational level where value is created, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities (What will you do):

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications.

Qualifications (What you should have):

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. PMP certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or operational environment, preferably in a role involving project management, process improvement & Lean implementation. Solid understanding for certain commodity including material and process. Plastic knowledge is preferred. Knowledge of BOM cost structure and Should Cost. Experience in cost reduction program is a plus. Strong understanding of Lean principles, Kaizen methodologies, and Gemba philosophy. Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement, analyze complex problems, and develop practical solutions. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence individuals at all levels of the organization. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable improvements in quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related methodologies is a plus. Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
