MVHV Financial Analyst is chiefly responsible to support our MVD HVM China financial analysisand forecast. In this role, you will be directly involved in the coordinationof the various planning cycles (annual budget, monthly forecast). You willprovide variance analysis of key financial indicators, such as new order,revenues, expense, profit, assets, Cash flow, and clearly explain the businessreasons for variance and adjust the outlook models to reflect operationaladjustments.
The Role:
Good at BI reporting and coding ability would be a plus, leadingthrough automatic reporting and E2E process.
• Do the monthly/quarterly/ annual planning forecast, includingregional companies and factories.
• Analyze forecast/budget variances to actual and organize monthlyreview meetings with each section / factory.
• Audit and review financial models to ensure they are both accurateand updated to reflect changing business needs.
• Meet with business leaders to provide financial insights and assistwith long-term planning
• Monitor key performance and financial metrics
• Be actively involved in and understand the sales pipelines andbusiness at the regional and country level and contribute to grow thebusiness.
• Support quarterly/yearly business review analysis
• Ensuring coherence with Financial Guideline and Standards, policiesand procedures, and make adoption to respective processes.
• Co-ordination and liaison between Divisional and Corporatefunctions.
PLM Project Controlling (Including R&D project and Localizationproject)
• Special Project Support, on an ad-hoc basis, to provide support tothe strategic projects.
Your Profile:
1. Required Knowledge/Skill/Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in key financial functions like controlling,accounting and auditing etc. in multinational companies
• Familiar to financial accounting and reporting structure of Siemenswould be value added
• Good at BI reporting and can do coding, via Power BI, Qlik-Sense,but not limited to.
• Good business understanding with experiences in different commercialbackgrounds
• Clear understanding of value chain and value flows of the business
• Responsible and reliable with good communication skills
Be open-minded for changes/ new opportunities
2. Professional Knowledge:
• Knowledge of accounting and closing guidelines in both IFRS andChinese GAP
• Knowledge in commercial controlling tools and processes
• Knowledge of applicable tax laws and regulations
• Fluent in English and Chinese
3. Technologies:
• SAP/SAC: Finance and Accounting related modules
• Microsoft Office Tools and how they are used to transmit keymessages. BI tools skill is a plus
4. Business experience:
• Financial excellence expertise, e.g., Cost management, Businessforecasting and financial analysis
5. Soft skill:
• Analytical and logical thinking skill, fast learner and growthmindset to changing environment
