Wiper System Commercial Buyer for Category: Alu Die Casting

- Category strategy management, well known about market and business unit requirements, define category strategy according to internal and external requirements

- Supplier management, create supplier strategy, negotiation with suppliers, capacity management and quality monitor

- Contract management, well known about the contract process and manage contracts according to process

- Sourcing process management, well known about the sourcing process and finish the sourcing process timely with best concept

- Cost analysis, be able to understand the cost structure and bring solutions on cost control

- Supply chain risk management

Qualifications

- Top universities at home and abroad with bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Business related similar education

- Digitalization/electrification background is preferred

- Good communication and negotiation skills to manage internal and external accounts and relationships

- Self-motivating individual and be able to cope with difficult situation

- Team player with flexibility, proactive and willing to learn new things

- Fluent in spoken and written English

- Good in data analysis and presentation
