About the Role

推动分公司增员软性活动的举办，为部门提供行政支持，制作、追踪和评估增员活动报表，追踪增员竞赛达成情况处理日常行政事宜。协助部门共同达成人力发展相关指标

岗位职责：

1、组织及举办新人面试、事业说明会等相关活动

2、追踪与推动分公司软性EOP活动的举办与执行情况

3、定期制作与分析分公司人力发展的日常KPI数据报表及竞赛战报

4、追踪分公司人力发展、留存计划等项目的执行情况

5、部门主管分配的其他工作

岗位要求：

大学本科学历，保险专业或市场营销专业优先 5年以上的销售支持或市场策划执行的经验，有寿险从业经验者优先 熟练运用OFFICE办公软件、熟练制作业绩报表 具备出色的沟通能力，执行力强 良好的沟通和写作能力
