Supervisor, Warehouse

Job Summary

Manage 24-hour operation spare parts warehouse for Attractions, construction Facilities, and other equipment/facilities. Provide MRO materials, mechanical and electrical spare parts, and third-party services to end user. Deal with warranty issue and outsourcing repair. Master warehouse management system, especially IBM Maximo system modules, such as Item Master, Inventory, Receiving and Dispatching, Purchasing, Work Orders and Job Plan etc. Lead warehouse operators to manage warehouse, manage inventory and reorder points based on demanding and logistics changes. Dispatching consumables and spare parts to end user or satellite warehouse. Cooperate with QC department to manage critical purchased items. Carry out stock count, manage warehouse own facilities and maintain stock equipment. Manage the Class A chemical warehouse, make job plans and emergency response plans.

Major Responsibilities

Manage warehouse clerks and inventory. Carry out stock count, goods receipt, goods issue, packaging, repairing, in-store maintenance, and other services. Perform other routine warehouse duties as expected.

Perform item identification, item creating, item approval and stock management by operating modules of the warehouse management system (Maximo). Know about the general procurement processes, be able to learn and comprehend business requirements. According to the application and lead time of items, set reasonable reorder points and the quantity of economic orders. Follow up purchase order and keep delivery date on time.

Mastering the procedure and physical operation of Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Return, and repair.

Have ability to identify and organize diversified items, optimize storage management. Follow the principle of first-in-first-out during item management. Improve batch management. Establish and carry out warehouse management SOPs, cooperate with Customs sampling and annual internal and external audits.

Train warehouse clerks about the systems and processes for daily activities. Ensure all warehouse members are qualified and obtained certificates.

Manage warehouse members labor force. Arrange employee schedule and solve Kronos issues to ensure 24-hour operation.

Decrease the storage loss or damage by proper management. Keep facilities under good condition.

Understand and fulfill Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities. Follow UBR policy, procedures, training requirement and other requirement.

Perform other assigned duties.

Directly supervise the warehouse clerks’ day-to-day activities.

Compliance with national laws.

Qualifications

1-3 years’ theme park experience is preferred. 1-3 years’ warehouse supervisor and logistic planning experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Excellent knowledge of end-to-end logistics.

Knowledge of spare parts warehouse management, planning, and operations.

Familiar with multiple computer software (i.e., Word, Excel, Primavera, MS Project).

Fluent English in reading, writing, and speaking.

Basic knowledge of Maximo and Kronos system.

Folk lift driving license.

Education

College degree in Business Management, Automation, or Logistics is preferred.
