YOUR ROLE

Control of new& trial wire rod application follow up the new developed and trial wire rod application,include incoming inspection,trial arrangement,sampling in every process steps; arrange the samples test during or after trial; collect the production info and test data; analysis the data and make the application report for final approval. Control of incoming raw materials and consumable  control of the quality of wire rods to prevent the risk of nonconformity during normal production; control of the quality of subcontract HPs, such as elec galvanized wire,hot galvanized wire, pickling wire rod,Ni coating wire, stainless steel and etc; control of the quality of consumable,such as chemicals. follow up the performance of material in production handling the unqualified material. support the QM and technical dept to draw up the specification of materials  Process Audit build up the calendar of process audit(concerning the automotive parts). implement the process audit monitoring and measuring process and make audit report and action plan for audit findings and recommendations. follow up the corrective action impact. Product Audit build up the calendar of product audit(concerning the automotive parts). implement the product audit monitoring and measuring product and make audit report and action plan for audit findings and recommendations. follow up the corrective action impact. Supplier Quality Management (SQM) continuously development/facilitation supplier quality management system to assure the supplier’s capability and systematic way of working to meet our quality system requirements closely; monitor supplier daily performance to assure the good performance of incoming materials in use; evaluate and audit supplier to take the necessary and appropriate actions for improvement based on result and trend； make and handling supplier claim to prevent the unexpected use internally or potential nonconformity at customer side. Quality management system improvement assist the QM to optimization the related procedures for continuously quality system improvement; assist the QM to regular internal audits to cooperate with related dept. to take quick actions to eliminate the potential problems.

YOUE PROFILE

Technical college degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Computer,or related filed, or at least 5 years experience in QA in industry. At least 5 years of experience in quality management with proven experience in ISO audit. He/She has VDA6.3 and CQI-9 related knowledge Good team player, open-minded, willing to communicate with other people for problem-solving, good logic and way of thinking during communication. Good communication skill in both oral & written of Mandarin & English  Good thinking and analytical skills, process-oriented, quick learner Be proficient in MS Office and ISO/IATF system
