Qualifications

degree in natural science, engineering or a related technical or business field​ min. 5 years professional experience in process improvements or products improvements area , min. 2 years project management experience deep understanding of investment and capex, standards, frameworks, and best practices ​ international project management experience and ability to manage and facilitate change across multiple sites and teams​ familiar with industrial production processes​  good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and languages​ commitment to innovation and continuous improvement combined with the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement prefered to have PMP certificate fluent Engilsh speaking
