About the role:

更好的提升天津工厂长远发展，致力于医药领域更加卓越的贡献。

How you will contribute:

1.支持HR BP在员工关系、绩效管理方面的工作。

2.协助准备人力资源相关报告和分析。

3.协助HR BP完成流程改进项目中的信息收集，准备以及项目实施过程中的团队内部沟通与协调。

4.协助完成武田全球人员发展项目在武田天津工厂的推广。

5.完成上级分配的其他任务。

What you bring to Takeda:

1.正在攻读人力资源管理、工商管理、英语或相关领域的本科生或研究生。

2.对人力资源管理有浓厚兴趣，愿意学习和成长。

3.具备良好的沟通和人际交往能力。

4.能够熟练使用Microsoft Office软件。

5.具有团队合作精神，能够灵活应对不同的工作任务。

6.每周可做3天或以上，能够承诺至少6个月。
