-Holds a qualification in Kitchen production and Management or equivalent which specialises in Pastry
-Well developed kitchen management, menu planning skills.
-Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
-Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.
-Computer Skills, particularly in the use of MS Office, E-Mail, and Receipe Maintenance system.
-Minimum two to four years work experience as Assistant Pastry Chef or Sous Chef in a large hotel.
-Preferable prerequisite is experience with luxury international brand.
