What You Will Do

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements and translate them into AI solution architectures for audio products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI applications can stimulate business growth. Design end-to-end AI solutions that leverage machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies. Develop architectural solutions and technical specifications for AI systems, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and cost. Lead the implementation of AI architectures, including selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools. Conduct performance evaluations and optimizations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AI systems. Stay up-to-date on emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices, and evaluate their potential impact on our solutions. Collaborate with software engineers, audio DSP engineer, and other stakeholders to integrate AI components into existing systems and workflows. Drive innovation by exploring new use cases and applications for AI across various domains and businesses.

What You Need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. PhD preferred. At least 3-5+ years’ experience as an AI architect, AI engineer, or similar role, with a strong track record of designing and implementing AI solutions. In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, natural language processing, and other AI techniques and algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, as well as AI frameworks and libraries e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and familiarity with AI services and tools offered by these platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and design innovative AI architectures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A strong team player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization. Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

What is Nice to Have

Prior experience in integrating and resolving issues with audio DSP is advantageous. Open to new ideas and think outside the box. Values honesty and recognizes the importance of reporting both positive and negative developments. Schedule-driven and deadline-oriented. Demonstrates innovation and is prepared to take calculated risks. Capable of managing aggressive objectives across various projects. Self-motivated to be the best he or she can be.
