Head of BCSC/QMM_BCSC

• Lead BCSC(Bosch Innovation and Software Development (Wuxi) Co. Ltd) to achieve benchmark SW quality with superior customer satisfaction in both internal and external customers.
• Determination and deployment of BCSC yearly Q-targets in comparison with the Q-requirements and goals of the customers, coordinate and monitor the implementation and achievement.
• Continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of BCSC Quality Management System to fit for the state-of-art software engineering development processes, methods, and tools.
• Lead BCSC EPQ team to provide effective independent SW quality assurance activities in projects (on eye-level), including approval of software releases to customers.
• Fully responsible for BCSC QMM team, continuous development of QMM function along with the business needs.
• Promote the customer-centric awareness @BCSC and overall responsible for the management of customer complaints and expectations.
• Lead cross-EPAs (Engineering Product Areas) projects assigned by BCSC-GM, digitalization, AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and above in technical related major, Computer Science/Electrical/Software Engineering is preferred.
• 8 years and above experiences and at least 5 years in relevant working area, embedded software development, software testing, SW project management, SW quality.
• At least 3 years team management experiences.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management system, standards, and core tools in automotive industry, ASPICE, DevOps, ISO 26262.
• Strong communication, coordination, and influence skills.
• Willingness for challenges and be innovative.
• Sufficient communication in English.
