Responsible for organization, planning, implementation and follow-through of continuous improvement initiatives, designed to improve on-time delivery, productivity, quality and cost. Coaching: to explain the concept and teach others to identify continuous improvement projects. Problem Solving: to address root-causes through Kaizens & problem solving. 5S: to implement, maintain, and improve 5S across the site. TOC: Participate in daily TOC meeting, actively engage in solving problems with operators and leadership. Lean Training: to provide training and other learning resources for lean principles waste elimination, time studies, etc. Automation: Identify automation projects to perform tasks with reduced human assistance, such as repetitive tasks, dangerous tasks etc. Promote CI in the plant wide with various activities: 5S, Gemba Walk, Blitz kaizens, Visual management, standardization, etc. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and environmental health and safety rules. Should check with EHS about the occupational hazard if any related with this position. Position located in Suzhou.  Work requirements will include travel. Complete the other work assigned by his/her managers.
