Job Summary

Responsible for the visual and promotional design to capture a positive guest experience.

Major Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting and leading design projects: Understanding the standard of each studio/style guide of each IP, assisting with creating and maintaining visual in-store sets that pertain to seasonal trim, promotions, special events, or theatrical releases. Support operation design needs and prepare ready-to-print files for vendor vendors. Other responsibilities include cladding, packaging, product information cards, food safety information cards, menus, etc.

Upload design files and track the approval process of each project through the internal system, and feedback to vendors.

Graphic design skills, layout, and color design principles are required. Enhance the visual impact of IPs through visual communication, and work with the entire team to deliver an appealing visual experience to guests.

Good knowledge of materials for production and construction, required present and discuss design concepts with team and clients.

Other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Proficient in 2D design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), simple operation of 3D software, and AE is preferred.

College degree or above, major in art and design with certain aesthetic and painting foundation

1 year+ working experience (Internships are acceptable).

Fluent operation of all English office software and systems.

Strong sense of responsibility, patience, communication skills (English and Chinese), attention to detail, and teamwork spirit.

Demonstrating superior proficiency in the execution of tasks, the ability to respond to unforeseen circumstances, ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

Must be willing to work flexible hours.

Education

College degree or above, major in art and design (Graphic Design/Visual Communication Design).
