Your mission, roles and responsibilities
1.According to the development trend of the industry and the analysis data of competitive products, leading the research and development of new product technology, verification and promotion, constantly innovating, and realizing the continuous upgrading of products to meet the market demand.
2.Visit customers regularly, understand customer applications and needs. Based on customer needs, responsible for the development and landing of modified plastic formula, process, facilities and equipment. Modified plastic product meet the requirements of good performance, stable quality, low cost and wide application.3.Follow up customer feedback product problems, propose systematic solutions.4.Assist mass production equipment design and process research, can effectively achieve SOP.5.Responsible for the mechanism research of polymer polymerization, clarify the control points and principles, and solve important technical problems.6.Responsible for setting up test equipment, able to carry out test effectively.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Job requirements:
1.Master degree or above, polymer materials, chemical industry related major;2.More than 5 years working experience, with PP, ABS, PC and recycled material development experience is preferred; 3.Familiar with material and project development, independent formulation design and technical communication ability, familiar with extrusion production process and injection molding process.4.Good communication skills and teamwork ability, excellent logical thinking ability and learning ability, strong problem analysis and solving ability, identify with the company culture.5.English reading ability, oral expression is preferred.6.Familiar with OFFICE software;
