About Fuel Cell and Stationary Catalysts

What you will be doing

Laboratory operation: 

Technical key domains: Sample preparation, testing and characterization  Sample preparation, Fuel Cell test station and analytical equipment operation according to established working procedures  Supporting equipment installations, equipment start-up, process developments and development projects Maintenance of lab equipment according to established procedures  Documentation – Data processing and filing of basic reports – operating data management systems + data bases

Innovation:  

Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing processes + development/integration of new testing and sample characterization methods Supporting the selection and integration of new equipment, etc.

Communication w/ internal and external stakeholders & partners

Global AT organization à collaboration w/ other test centers and other departments Local CRD hub organization à required communication within the local organization Suppliers and equipment service teams

Quality Management + EHS:  

Filing and updating required QM documentations for the lab management and operation according to the IATF requirements + Umicore standards Contributing to the continuous improvement of the lab procedures in respect to lab safety, efficiency and quality

Who we are looking for

Functional requirements :

University Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science or Electrochemistry  min 2 (for Bachelor) 4 years (for Diploma) of experience in test bench operation and sample preparation using chemicals and Catalysts , preferably in Fuel Cell, Electrolysis, Battery industry Language skills: bilingual, Chinese + English (basic)
