Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Perform and maintain complete set-up & trouble shooting on equipments and fixtures
  • Utilize CIP concepts to improve the process effectivity and meet the production delivery demand
  • Maintanace the process parameters & optmize the line process
  • Inteface of process related with other departments
  • Take partially project managment tasks from project leader request
  • Able to travel and study abroad for a short period of time (e.g: 1month for competence build up in Portugal for new production line)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform and maintain complete set-up & trouble shooting on equipments and fixtures to reduce scrap rates and TA loss.
  • Monitor operations, audits parts, and when required performs adjustments necessary to maintain proper setup and to ensure quality production.
  • Instruct associates in the proper use and care of machines, fixtures to ensure quality.
  • Provide technical support for P-FMEA/ Control Plan setup and update
  • Perform changeovers and setup on machines, fixtures and measurement devices.
  • Create and modife test specifications, parts list, process sheets, etc.
  • Analyzes equipment/machine problems, performs repairs, or initiates corrective actions if beyond scope of experience.
  • Handle line CIP activities(e.g: CT reduction, utilization of equipment, paratmeter optimization..)
  • Performs additional taskes as requested from leader
  • Implement the check the checker process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor at mechanical & industrial or related
  • 3-5 years working experience in manufacturing department or technical department
  • Has the project management experience is preferred
  • Be good at Electrical automation,debug program is the best.
  • Experienced at camera and testing machine.
  • Be familiar with problem solving method like 8D,PSS etc.
  • Be familiar with, PFMEA, CP and other production related documents.
  • The ability to work in a result oriented environment.
  • A positive attitude and motivation
  • Solid logic thinking
  • The ability to change management.
  • Be familiar with quality tools with quality mindset
  • Good communication and overviews
