GS Manager

: Responsible for the production and operation of recombinant proteins/antibodies (including monoclonal antibodies, antibody fragments, bispecific antibodies, etc.), including mammalian expression, prokaryotic expression platforms, ensuring smooth delivery of recombinant proteins/antibodies. Responsible for leading the company's protein/antibody expression purification platform, including platform construction and maintenance, team building, personnel training; responsible for project management, problem-solving, coordination, and collaboration with other departments. Continuously develop new technologies and optimize processes and technologies to increase production capacity, efficiency, and cost savings. Participate in customer engagement, explore potential customer intentions.

Recruitment Requirements:

Master's degree or above in immunology, biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, or related fields; 5+ years of work experience in antibody production and preparation, with 3+ years of team management experience. Proficient in mammalian cell culture (293, CHO, etc.) and techniques such as chemical transfection, electroporation, E. coli culture, expression technology, plasmid vector construction strategies, etc. Proficient in various chromatographic techniques such as affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, hydrophobic chromatography, molecular sieve chromatography, skilled in using AKTA chromatography systems. Proficient in protein detection techniques such as SDS-PAGE, concentration detection, endotoxin detection, HPLC, LC-MS, glycosylation analysis, etc. Rich experience in the expression, purification, and quality control of recombinant proteins like monoclonal antibodies, antibody fragments, bispecific antibodies, antigens in eukaryotic and prokaryotic systems, with priority given to those with 3+ years of bispecific antibody preparation experience. Strong analytical and problems-solving skills, proficient in using Office, Excel, Powerpoint, and other office software. Proactive at work, strong sense of responsibility, honest, hardworking, strong team spirit, and excellent communication and coordination skills.

岗位职责：
1. 负责重组蛋白/抗体（包括单抗、片段抗体、双抗等）生产及运营，包括哺乳动物表达、
原核表达平台等，保证重组蛋白/抗体顺利交付；
2. 负责公司蛋白/抗体表达纯化平台的领导工作，包括平台建设与维护、团队建设、人员培训等；负责项目管理，问题解决，协调和其它部门的合作；
3. 不断地进行新技术开发以及流程和技术优化来提升产能和效率和节约成本；
4. 参与客户对接，挖掘潜在客户意向。

招聘要求：
1. 硕士及以上，免疫学、生物化学、细胞生物学、分子生物学等相关专业；抗体生产、制备相关领域工作经验5年及以上，具有3年及以上团队管理经验；
2. 精通哺乳动物细胞培养（293、CHO等）和化学法转染、电转等技术，大肠杆菌培养、表达技术，质粒载体构建策略等；
3. 精通多种层析技术，如亲和层析、离子交换层析、疏水层析、分子筛层析等，熟练使用AKTA层析系统；
4. 精通蛋白检测技术，如SDS-PAGE、浓度检测、内毒素检测、HPLC、LC-MS、糖型分析等；
5. 对单抗、片段抗体、双抗、抗原等类型重组蛋白的真核、原核表达、纯化、质检等有丰富的经验，具有3年以上双抗制备经验者优先；
6. 具有较强的分析解决问题的能力，熟练使用 Office, Excel, Powerpoint 等办公软件。
7. 工作积极主动，责任心强，为人诚实，能吃苦耐劳，有较强的团队合作精神及沟通协调能力。
