Major tasks and responsibilities of Position :

Overarching team contributor for core financial processes (i.e., Planning, Forecasting, Reporting)

•50% support for industry controller EE & Distribution in planning & forecasting (including quarterly FC, OFC, pitstop as well as SDR Strategy Dialogue & Resource Allocation), reporting as well as business analysis.

•50% contribution for EP CON team and head of EP CON especially in the area of insight business analysis focusing on operation running e.g., business result tracking as well as value added levers, forward looking insight.

•Updating proactively recurring analysis regarding major KPI (e.g., EBITDA, FOCF)

•Ad-hoc project-based support from head of EP Controlling and EP Controlling team.

•Familiarize in-depth with most relevant financial systems.

•Create personal network in different and changing areas and functions

•Ensuring financial data transparency within the organization (e.g. via SAC or roiPE Dashboards)

•Interacts with global Controlling Reporting and Automation Service to leverage full potential on digitalization for EP CON

•In mid-term, to rotate across the Controlling team located in Shanghai including PM Controlling, Controlling Service China, BI and EP Controlling.

Qualifications:

•University degree in Business Administration (Master) and/or several years of relevant working experience

•Woking experience in the industry or management consulting (ideally 3 years or more) will be plus

•Outstanding analytical, methodological and problem-solving skills, master strong (intercultural) communication skills and are a team player

•Proficient in Excel and Power-Point

•Fluent in English

•Excellent communication and networking skills

•Ability to work with different cultures
