Job Description

The channel Ops sr. Analyst will be responsible for managing Partner Engage Rebate Programs & rebate incentive calculation. S/he will manage and analyze data to assist in making insightful channel business decisions. S/he will interpret results, trends or patterns in complex data sets, develop recommendations based on the findings and will generate graphs, reports & presentations as needed on a routine or ad hoc basis. S/he will help to design data structure & provide support in developing data models and ETL (to Extract-Load-Transform source data into data warehouse) for data warehouse. S/he will actively participate in Business BMS & to the design for Lenovo AP/worldwide BMS.

Responsibilities

Rebate Program management for own area of responsibility, calculation execution, provision of support & solutions to AP Channel team to ensure that Channel business objectives of are met Provides results, reports, analytics modelling solutions & solutions connected to Channel partner rebates on regular and adhoc basis (xls., SQL query, VBA, Power BI, Qlik) Takes part in interlock with other functions (Finance, Services, etc.) on new process/program deployment, harmonization & expansion activities and optimization Acts as main contact point for Own area or responsibility/BU Interact with partners in business/BU to understand their business and reporting needs, including critical metrics and KPIs Responsible for Audit and Audit compliance. Participating in delivering strategic Lenovo initiatives and projects Helping to build processes and process designs with business & BT/IT and business teams in order to achieve key Lenovo objectives Involvement in BT/IT data solution testing, process design modelling discussion, UAT, PPS

Qualifications

Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills Proven communication skills in English (speaking & writing) Team player, can do attitude, flexibility Master degree in Technical/Analytical/Computer science 3 years Channel experience 5 years of Data analytics/reporting/Process & solution design MS Office – advanced SQL query – upper-intermediate experience VBA experience Power BI, Qlik View/Sense experience Experience with managing complex Process & reporting solutions E2E Ability to own whole Process & report life cycle from requirement gathering -> implementation -> testing -> go-live & PPS Additional Locations : * China - Liaoning - 大连（Dalian） * China, * Slovakia * China - Liaoning * China - Liaoning - 大连（Dalian）
