Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and specifications for instrument panel clusters. Lead the development of Cluster SW, responsible for design system specifications and interpreting technical issues related to the functionality and requirements of instrument products, and interpreting design issues raised by suppliers. Optimize cluster designs for usability, visibility, and user experience. In charge of the development strategy for cluster side software architecture, review technical solutions of supplier products for new projects, and lead the supplier Technical Design Review (TDR). Participate in discussions on new vehicle feature requirements which related to cluster, compile, and update cluster-related design specifications according to feature specifications and company design standards. Track the development and validation status of cluster products, coordinate with supplier systems and software engineers to resolve functional and performance issues. Conduct testing and validation to ensure the functionality, performance, and durability of instrument panel clusters. Responsible for reviewing the design and validation results of cluster products, issuing the results of product design validation reviews. Participate in the vehicle launch process, assist the plant team in resolving issues found during the production process and post-sales of instrument products. Participate in the creation of instrument product design quality documents (Quality History, DFMEA, Control Plan), establish, and improve the design quality issue database to enhance product design safety and stability. Ensure that the instrument software development process complies with industry standards such as ASPICE and AUTOSAR, working with supplier R&D teams to ensure the quality and safety of software development. Provide technical support to resolve issues and implement improvements post-production. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in instrument panel cluster technology to drive innovation. Master's degree or above, with the ability to read technical materials in English at CET-4 level or above. More than 5 years of experience in automotive instrument development, those with independent development experience are preferred. Knowledge of automotive protocols, standards, and regulations related to instrument panel clusters. Familiar with E/E System Architecture, Network Communication (Ethernet, CAN, LIN), QNX, Linux, Android, AUTOSAR. Familiar with diagnostics (CAN & DOIP) , Vehicle networks management, CANdelta, CANoe/Vehicle Spy, display protocol GMSL/LVDS/FDPLINK. Familiar with software development standards in the automotive industry, such as ASPICE, AUTOSAR, with related project experience preferred. Possess good problem analysis and solving skills, capable of assisting in handling and optimizing software issues within the QNX system. Familiar with software version control and change management tools, such as Git, SVN, etc. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage projects effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
