The Role

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prepare, book, maintain and follow orders, including pre-payments before delivery and invoicing, as defined in SAP.Update and manage SAP/C4C database and guarantee the accuracy.Handle claims, investigate and take appropriate action in time.As a contact window with sales, collaborate with internal departments and service branches (purchase, project department/APC, service, and logistics,) to expedite customer orders on time.Support the sales teams/ MKT in sales administration work or MKT activities.Maintain formal contracts & other business documents and archive the documents in time.Liaise with internal and external contacts in a professional manner, respond customer enquiries and emails promptly. Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by the team leader.

Candidate profile:

Education

College degree

Experience

3+ years experience in an administration position in industrial product manufacturers or trading company

Knowledge

Sound knowledge on SAP system, SAP logistic and order process module experience are considered as advantages

Skill:

Strong PC skills and excellent on Excel;Strong data analysis skill;

Language

Good English skill both in written and speaking
