Purpose of the Job

As a Procurement COE Risk & Compliance Analyst, you will work as part of the Procurement Center of Excellence (COE).
The purpose of this role is to help develop controls and metrics, evaluate control deficiencies, and support the design of mitigating activities

Your Role

1. You establishing policies and procedures that comply with company, local, federal, and state government regulations.

2. You plan and coordinate operational activities, ensure policies and procedures are implemented and well-documented, and perform internal reviews to identify compliance problems.

3. You providing training for employees about relevant policies and procedures to ensure employees understand their responsibilities.
4. You assist understanding and assessing risks and compliance requirements for procurement management.

5. You assist in investigate any compliance violations or breaches and assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions.
You assist in the development and maintenance of compliance-related activity.
You assist in monitor and track compliance-related incidents, issues, and trends and report findings to management.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or similar through experience
• Entry level position - experience
