Position Summary / Job Purpose

Independently lead the social campaign and KOL management. Responsible for identifying the business and communication opportunities for royal Caribbean under social channels. Based on the business goals to develop and design strategic and effective digital communications to maximize the business. • Manage and grow KOL/KOC pool across our social media channels, including TenCent/Red/Douyin and other travel relevant platforms.

And this role is also responsible for designing, planning, and executing promotional marketing plan from data trend, promotion mechanism, creative briefings to promotional results analysis, incl. media & social plan for selective sailings if needed. Work closely with key business unit including media, creative revenue, DCD, TMKT and sales support team to make sure promotional messages are fully aligned and well conveyed through effective marketing communication channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with social and media agency to establish strategic platform for brand activity. Responsible for identifying the business and communication opportunities for royal Caribbean under social channels. Based on the business goals to develop and design strategic and effective digital communications to maximize the business. Lead or co-lead the the integrated marketing campaign and social campaigns with social/media agency and the key platform. This person will play as a social media and content strategy designer by considering both channel and content effectiveness. Manage and grow KOL/KOC pool across our social media channels, including Tecent/Red/Douyin and other travel relevant platforms. Set up KPI and track performance for brand/social campaigns, and proactively find ways to optimize performance based on challenges, opportunities. Day-to-day agency management, ensuring they are on task, within budget, and that deliverables are achieved within deadlines. Lead and help agencies, internal cross function teams, key partners, and influencers to better understand consumer and brand. Work closely with media manager, creative team, and external agencies to understand and fulfill brand creative requirements in social media channels. Identify and engage with influencers to increase overall brand awareness across various social platforms. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns/KOLs and strategies for maximum impact. Responsible for market analysis of the consumer, competition, channels, media etc. And responsible for content development and provide report with analysis and implementation for performance optimization. Work closely with sales and revenue teams to develop and implement promotional and media effectiveness to achieve business goals and targets. Work closely with other departments/agencies to ensure consistent brand image and find out different target’s needs across all channels.

Education, Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or above. 7-10 years’ progressive experience in social marketing. Travel category, FMCG, E-commence experience is a plus. Social agency background is also preferred. Strong understanding on social and digital media. With proven successful record in end-to-end campaign and project management, including planning, execution, evaluation, and presentation. With multi-agencies management experience With more than 2 years team management experience
