Job Summary
Represent the Quality Assurance department of the Universal Beijing Resort to promote a culture of Safety and Quality. Directly perform inspection of ride components to meet regulatory compliance and the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) requirements. Provide support to the entire resort particularly to the Technical Services team in completing the required inspections.
Major Responsibilities
Work safely with the goal zero injury. Work efficiently and adhere to all company safety and regulatory requirements
Coordinate closely with TS team to perform the required regulatory and OEM inspection requirements and generate accurate and timely reports.
Perform Safety and Quality Audits to ensure compliance to documented processes.
Participate on the Preventive Action program to continually address quality issues and find ways to improve.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
5 years in Quality Assurance environment, and familiar with Quality Control and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methodologies and familiar with inspection measuring tools and equipment.
Possess NDT UT, MT, PT Level 2 or above qualification certificate issued by special equipment industry, familiar with the theoretical knowledge of NDT and able to carry out related work independently.
Able to adapt to night shift work, as well as temporary arrangements for weekend or holiday work according to work needs.
Education
Minimum high school graduate. College or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
