Job Description

Responsible for sample receiving, registration, putaway, sample dispatch, sample transport & distribution, sample return to client and other assigned duties. 负责样品接收，登记，入库，样品分发，样品运输和配送，样品退回客户和其他有关的样品管理职责。 Responsible for sample disposal preparation and sample stock-taking. 负责样品报废和样品盘点的准备工作。 Handling enquiries related to samples within the scope of the approved documented process from hotline and official email inbox. 处理仓库热线和仓库邮件满足业务线的需求。 Maintain warehouse facilities including but not limited to checking anti-theft system, fire safety equipment and waterproof equipment in clean, safe and secured condition and conducting 5S+1 self-evaluation and safety measures periodically. 维护仓库设施，包括但不限于检查防盗系统，消防安全和防水设备的清洁，仓库安全状况的维护，定期进行 5S + 1 自我评估和安全措施。

Job Requirement

Full-time university, CET4 is MUST ， CET 6 is an advantage 全日制本科毕业。大学四级，六级优先。 At least 3 year experience in actual warehouse operation 至少三年以上仓库操作经验。 Proficient skills in MS office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint 熟练操作 MS Office 包括 Outlook, Word, Excel 。 Good communication skill and Team player spirit. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
