岗位设置目的

根据公司业务需要，进行设备电气调试，为国内外客户启动机器，解决疑难性技术问题，协助电气设计及编写技术文件，实施升级和改造项目，从而为客户提供更优质的服务，为公司创造价值。

职责描述

1. 协助电气设计及编写电气技术文件

- 协助技术部电气设计及设计问题处理
- 编写设备调试SOP
- 定期Review 现有SOP，并提出改善建议

2. 国内外客户服务

- 协助技术部电气设计及设计问题处理
- 编写设备调试SOP
- 定期Review 现有SOP，并提出改善建议

3. 负责升级和改造项目

- 设计升级改造方案 （电气BOM，图纸，程序）
- 实施升级改造方案并调试

4. 车间电气调试

- 根据生产计划调试机器
- 向领班反馈调试中遇到的问题，并跟踪问题的处理情况
- 提出合理化建议，以进一步优化/改善调试的方法

5. SHE & Security

- 遵守公司和部门相关规定，保证自身,设备和信息的安全。
- 学习和分享相关相关经验。
- 相关区域5S管理

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，电气自动化专业 
2. 熟悉AC驱动器，PLC
3. 良好的英语听说读写能力
4. 良好的沟通协调能力
5. 熟悉办公软件
