Description and Requirements

Position Description：
1. ESG for Portfolio Management: Support ESG RFP requirements across IDG product portfolio Identify & integrate sustainability portfolio requirements in development cycle Marketing campaign planning & marketing interface Tool implementation & utilization 2. Product sustainability calculation and reporting Provide customized sustainability reporting with focus on Product Carbon Footprint using PAIA or LCA method 3. Conduct market research and develop business case for ESG Monitor ESG industry standards changes, respective customer groups' ESG requirements changes in relevant GEOs Competitor benchmarking and analysis (ESG features in products, ESG investments, communications, ratings' change) Identify gaps and improve product level ESG assessments relevant to segment's products to beat competition 4. Project Management Support ESG Lead in projects including but not limited to: new ESG initiatives, ESG Steering Committee, ESG marketing and training 6. ESG storytelling: external and internal Support the development of ESG decks for internal and external communication and presentations Review ESG related content provided by products team to prevent green washing Requirements: Familiar with Product Carbon Footprint methodology especially LCA Business and financial acumen Min 5 years full time work experience Bachelor or master degree in sustainability related principle or work experience in ESG Problem solver, self-motivated, team player, ability to work with colleagues from different culture backgrounds Proficiency in PowerPoint and excel Fluent in English
