OPX Engineer

Your responsibilities

Main Responsibility: 1., OPX, Responsible for push production system and plant OPX program, internal and external OPX annual scan 2.OPX, Responsible for the business area OPX related matters, and experience sharing 3., ,workshop, S2QDC Responsible for the CI system, and organize work shop, such as VSM, SMED, S2QDC, PDCA , etc 4., , Responsible for tracking the cost saving project 5. Responsible for push and improve the idea management system, CI program and reward system, support to the CI training 6., ,, , , , Lead six sigma project, training the candidate and support the green project. Sharing six sigma knowledge to team to improve the production efficiency, quality and cost saving 7. Responsible for promoting the standardization of production process and management process 8.MES Leading MES system go-live. 9. At the supervisors request , the employee must perform tasks that correspond to the type of the position or become necessary as a result of company operations

Your profile

Qualification 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineering 2. 5 At least 5 years experience in continuous improvement or lean production, 3. There are six sigma green belt or black belt qualification 4. ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001, ,APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,DMAIC,DOE, 5S,TPM,VSM,SMED, Familiar with ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001 and other quality management systems, familiar with process control methods, proficient in APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC and other important quality tools, DMAIC,DOE and other six sigma tools, and 5S,TPM,VSM,SMED, workshop management and other lean tools 5. Good communication and coordination ability and training organization ability 6., Good command of spoken and written English, proficient in office software, etc
