About the role
:此實習機會將讓您接觸各項建築系統，包括火災報警器、HVAC 和設施管道，確保設備在設計範圍內運行，並達到JLL規定的環境條件。此外，您將執行指定的維修、緊急和預防性維護、按要求完成維修保養紀錄及，保持良好運行狀態。
What this job involves:
1. Basic equipment repairs such as electrical/plumbing maintenance, fire equipment inspections, air conditioning chillers, emergency generator equipment maintenance, etc. (基礎設備巡檢、修繕：包括電氣/給排水維修、消防設備點檢、空調冰機、緊急發電機設備空載等基本維護保養。)
2. Dispatch and provide support for emergency repairs, and coordinate with various departments for repair handling. (處理緊急維修事宜並提供支援，與各部門協調處理維修事項。)
3. Ensure normal operation of equipment and troubleshoot issues when they arise; contact maintenance contractors for various engineering maintenance tasks. (確保設備正常運行，及時排除故障；聯繫維護廠商進行工程維護。 )
4. Supervise contractor construction safety and progress. (監督廠商施工安全和進度。 )
5. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors. (其他主管交辦事項執行。)
Desired experience and technical skills:
1. Welcome to those who have a background in air conditioning, electrical engineering, electrical machinery, or electromechanical fields and possess basic knowledge.
(歡迎具備空調/水電/電機/機電相關科系背景並具備基本知識者。)
2. Priority will be given to those who have knowledge in electrical engineering or any relevant certifications in electromechanical and air conditioning fields (such as indoor wiring, refrigeration and air conditioning, industrial wiring, automation engineering, and electromechanical integration).
(具備電氣知識或任一機電、空調相關證照（如室內配線、冷凍空調、工業配線、自動化工程師、機電整合）者優先考慮。)
3. A proactive learning attitude and willingness to undergo training are highly desirable.
(積極學習態度，願意接受培訓者尤佳。)
4. Basic proficiency in document software operations such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
