Project Manager_MA

1. Manage project to achieve project target:
2. Creating and tracking project schedules with risk and bottleneck management.
3. Conducting management reviews and escalation.
4. Keep Insourcing process reviewed and updated according to reality. CIP to make it lean to speed up
5. Trigger next year Insourcing activities initiative in advance according to development lead time.
6. Closely work with PM to support Insourcing program definition and validation strategy definition.
7. Interface management of MKT/ENG/Plant/customer.
8. Lead team members for problem solving.

Qualifications

-Bachelor (or equivalent) or higher degree in Engineering (mechanical or automotive)
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
- Highly organized and proactive with strong ownership.
- Good communication skill with team, customers and management team.
- Target orientation and work with plans.
- Ability to work in a complex business environment (aftermarket) and in international teams
