- MEMS sensor final testing platform planner

- Platform capacity planning
o Basic data maintain in MTO(生产排产系统)
o Generate TEK(产能图）chart to evaluate capacity
o Execution for delivery fulfillment with capacity plan
- KPI achievement
o WIP reduction (WIP DIO)
o TPT（物料周转时长） achievement
- DLR and OPL follow up
- Coordinate techncial RPP on platform/product level
- Join SET for the product with high maturity
- ECR Implementation
o Coordinate to define ECR implementation date
o Follow up ECR status
- Routing (VT & TEB)
o Maintain production routing
- Control Plan, FMEA, Process flow Coordination and update
- RMA follow up
- Product EOP/EOL follow up
- CIP and PS activity
- BPS standard follow up
- Support ramp up manager in NPI, focus on execution level.

Qualifications

Education:Electrical & Communication Engineering, Microelectronics, Bachelor degree
Working Experience:experience in Semiconductor Testing / process
Knowledge/Skills:
- Familiar with Semiconductor process and final testing process
- Experience with product manufacture planning
- Good communication skill
- Fluent oral and written English
