The Job

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop detailed business cases, project plans, and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and drive decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, workflows, and user guides.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure quality and functionality of solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users and stakeholders.

The Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with business process modeling and reengineering.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).

  • Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems.
