EMC 高级工程师

Job Responsibilities:

1.Develop testing service projects and complete product standardization based on GB/CISPR14 series standards and relevant home appliance regulations and standards.

根据GB/CISPR14系列标准及相关的家用电器监管法规与标准，打造测试服务项目并完成产品标准化。

2.Formulate appropriate testing plans for clients according to regulatory standards and client requirements and lead the team to complete testing tasks.

根据法规标准和客户要求，为客户制定合适的测试方案，带领小组完成测试任务。

3.Analyze EMC issues during the testing process and assist clients in making necessary corrections; responsible for reviewing and issuing test reports.

负责测试过程中EMC问题的分析，并帮助客户完成整改；负责测试报告的审核与签发。

4.Stay updated with regulatory standards, continuously optimize product design, and provide internal technical training and mentorship.

跟踪法规标准动态，不断优化产品设计，并对内进行技术培训与带教。

5.Drive and establish Design for EMC in the product development process and provide internal technical training and mentorship.

在产品开发过程中推动和建立针对EMC的设计，并提供内部技术培训和指导。

6.Collaborate in an international team to further develop and enhance EMC test and simulation methods.

与国际团队合作，进一步开发和增强EMC测试和模拟方法。

Job Requirements:

1.Master's degree or equivalent in electromagnetic field theory, electronic information engineering, automation, electronics, or related fields, with an intermediate or higher professional title; iNARTE/CNAS certification is preferred.

硕士及以上学历，电磁场理论、电子信息工程、自动化、电子类等相关专业，具有中级及以上职称；具备iNARTE证书优先。

2.Over 5 years of EMC design and rectification experience, with preference given to those with design and testing experience in electronics and electrical equipment, and experience in electronic device inspection institutions or third-party testing organizations.

5年以上EMC设计整改经验，具有家用电气设备的设计整改及测试经验者优先，具有家电检验所、第三方检测机构任职经验者优先。

3.Proficient in EMC-related testing standards and methods; familiar with the ISO laboratory quality management system.

3、精通EMC相关测试标准与方法；熟悉实验室质量管理ISO体系。

4.Possess strong logical thinking, communication and coordination skills, customer service awareness, and strong execution capabilities.

具有良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通协调能力和客户服务意识，执行力强。

5.Good English speaking and writing proficiency.

良好的英语读写能力。
