How you will make an impact

• Responsible for developing, executing and managing company strategy and action plan to achieve the production budget and engagement target.
• Maintain and develop business relationship as required.
• Initiate and organize events, seminars, trainings and other promotional activities for Agency Development Department and Direct Sales Department in line with company directions.
• Understand the company’s operation procedure, ensure the agency development and direct sales operation appropriately and align with compliance.
• Closely monitor the premium collection.
• Participate in AIG corporate AML training, and be obligated to perform AML related duties, including KYC, large/suspicious transaction reports, high-risk customer reports etc.
• Other duties as instructed by Branch General Manager.

What you will need to succeed

• University graduate, preferably MBA degree from reputable schools.
• Demonstrated experience in insurance companies, preferably with production underwriting or brokerage background.
• Excellent presentation skills both in English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal skills, teamwork player.
• High responsibility, resilience, proactive, and self-driven.
• Passion on innovation, patience on delivery.
• Overall view and communication skill for multiple contacts in complex project.
• Willing to travel.
