Responsibilities:

Responsible for the introduction of supplier quality assessment, on-site audit, and R & D together to complete the sample certification; The development of daily supplier incoming inspection standards, inspection personnel training, coordination and completion of material inspection tooling production and maintenance; IQC inspection and production of abnormal material handling and feedback to promote continuous improvement of suppliers; Supplier quality control management of daily incoming materials, the development of supplier quality KPIs and promote the achievement; Tthe supplier's daily rolling audit audit, regularly organize suppliers to do quality performance review and exchange meetings; Supplier management quality daily/weekly/monthly statistical analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in science and engineering; 8 years + large manufacturing supplier quality management experience; Familiar with quality tools / project management / ISO / IATF system and other related knowledge; With a sense of initiative, quick response, accurate analysis and problem solving ability; Strong execution, can bear strong pressure work; Good English skills, English can be used as a working language.
