General Responsibilities 主要工作职责 

Keep existing business and development green business

维护现有客户,发展新客户 

Increase CM1 利润增长 

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责 

To reach sales budget 尽力完成当年销售目标 

Minimum sales meetings per week, as per company guidelines (subject to change) 每周一次销售会议 

Gain new business and new trade lanes from existing customers 尽力增加新的生意和老客户新线路 

All activities on new, existing and potential customers including service lines must be listed in Sales Force

所有新客户\老客户\潜在客户等都需要录入销售系统 

Plan sales activities in advance so ensure efficient and effective time management

提前做好销售计划,确保效率和有效的时间管理 

Establish strong relationships to customers as well as colleagues 与客户和同事之间建立很好的关系 

Follow up on client activities (Both New and Existing Customers)按照客户需求去行动(不管是新客户还是现有客户) 

Responsible for assisting in collecting of payment from customers in accordance with company guidelines

负责客户的付款时间与公司政策保持一致 

Ensure full usage of Salesforce + timely and accurate data input 确保完成销售系统有规律及时和内容准确 

Other tasks assigned by manager完成经理指派的任务 

Communications 沟通对象 

Internal 内部: products, business units, oversea network, finance and quality 产品,相关部门,海外同事,财务,质量等 

External 外部: Existing customers, potential customers 新老客户和潜在的客户
