工作内容及要求：

岗位职责类：

与合作银行沟通培训需求开发制式性课程并实施培训； 银保系统培训课程开发； 定期组织分公司内部销售人员培训，提升内部销售人员的销售能力； 负责组织日常早会及夕会经营； 规划并实施产品营销推动方案及培训； 负责低阶新人招募、训练及档案管理； 配合上级主管产品企划包装、电子化平台操作与运用管理； 完成总部银保下达的其他任务； 完成多元渠道负责人下达的其他任务。

行为规范类：

遵守监管机构制定的各项规章制度； 遵守公司制定的各项规章制度，及经公司确认的regional & global 相关规则和制度； 遵守公司或所在部门制定的业务操作流程； 行为操守符合国家法律法规、公司职业操守及道德规范守则和公司合规相关规定； 正直诚信，不向公司提供虚假的财务票据或资料； 敏锐的风险控制和合规意识。

录用条件：

学历：全日制本科以上学历，3年以上保险或相关行业培训工作经验； 有银行培训经验尤佳； 电脑OFFICE操作熟练，能熟练操作Excel和制作投影片； 较强的授课及课程教案编写开发能力； 具备良好的组织能力，良好的沟通协调能力。工作认真负责，细心高效，心态好，善于学习，沟通与表达能力强、投入度高； 具备一定的英语读写能力。

年度APE计划达成率； 关键性课程的搭建与开发； 销售人员能力的培养与提升。
