Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities:

-Ensure Logistics personnel safety and working environment safety to align with
local HSE regulations and FPM HSE standards.
-Conduct inventory management according to annual targets.
-Capacity management for best utilization locally and globally.
-Unhealthy inventory reduction according to annual targets.
-Raw materials inventory control (items located in warehouse)
-Continue improvement of warehouse working process, optimize container
loading and materials flow as well as shipping plan.
-Leading all SCM activities to achieve cost saving, inventory reduction and continue improvement.
-Implement updating working system or communication platform to achieve best
class of SCM performance in Freudenberg Group

Qualifications:

-Hold a Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments.
-Minimum 5 years related working experience in Supply Chain; International Trade or relevant field.
-Fluent in English skills, both orally and in writing.
-Working knowledge of international trade and customs law.
-Good command of SAP system and Microsoft Office applications.
-Warehouse management experience will be an advantage.
-Result/solution-oriented, well-structured, diligent and a dedicated team player with strong analytical skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are capable of working with
people from different cultures and organizational levels.
-People management skill is preference.
