Job Description

Overall management for shop floor operational tasks in PE value stream, including final assembly, PMOC line and
Power module line in Clean room
-Shop floor management structure and system set up
-Operational QCD KPI targets set up and follow up
-Safety management
-5S management
-BPS/IE implementation in shopfloor (DLR, WAS, Kanban, etc)
-Material management ( Sample and series)
-Line relocation and new line set up relevant tasks in new plant Szh5
-Auxiliary rooms management in Szh5 (Block room, rework center, kitting center,etc)
-Organization competence set up and development, mentor production supervisor and team leaders
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor


Qualifications

-5+ years shop floor management experience in Automotive and electronics industry
-Lean production system knowledge
-Industrial engineering knowledge
-Clean room experience preferred
-Strong communication skill
